Job summary

California Lottery in Sacramento is seeking a Culture and Talent Management Branch Chief to lead enterprise-wide employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives. You will guide workforce and succession planning, change management, training and development, and talent acquisition under the HR Division.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Experience leading initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.
• Experience in talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, career development, workforce and succession planning.
• Experience with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
• Strong knowledge of change management.
• Experience establishing competency models, career pathways and talent assessment frameworks.
• Ability to use workforce data, metrics, surveys, and analytics to identify trends, measure results and make strategic recommendations.
• Experience developing and/or conducting trainings.
• Experience advising executives and senior leaders.
