Tubi seeks a culturally fluent, highly creative Social Media Manager to identify and bring to life opportunities that keep Tubi at the center of culture and close to fans. You’ll scout cultural moments, fandoms, and creators, turning signals into partnerships and activations that extend Tubi’s presence.

Qualifications

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Deep fluency in internet culture, fandoms, creators, and online communities.
• Able to turn cultural signals into actionable social ideas and activations.
• 5+ years in social media, cultural marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify cultural opportunities and translate signals into activations.
• Lead community-driven programs and creator partnerships.
• Own end-to-end execution from concept to final experience.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, PR, CRM, and other teams.
• Evaluate activations to extract learnings and guide future work.
