Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Culture Coordinator to join the Human Resources team at the Glendale stadium. You will lead culture and engagement programs, coordinate the Welcome/Reward Centers, manage the employee meal and recognition programs, and work with vendors to ensure consistent employee experiences across events.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Guest Services or customer services preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Additional experience may be substituted for education.
• Highly developed verbal, written and e‑mail communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail‑oriented with ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Knowledge of ABI or other timekeeping system strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of employee engagement and culture initiatives for stadium employees, ensuring programs align with organizational culture and employee experience objectives.
• Create and maintain program calendars, timelines, communication plans, and execution strategies.
• Plan and lead employee activities, events, meetings, presentations, and other culture-focused experiences.
• Collect and analyze employee experience data, including monthly and annual surveys, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Create reports, presentations, and recommendations based on employee experience data for the Training & Culture Manager and leadership.
• Create employee communications and promotional materials to support culture and engagement programs.
• Evaluate program results and recommend improvements to increase participation, engagement, and the overall employee experience.
