• Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and morale-building events.
• Support culture initiatives that reinforce CAHN CARES values.
• Draft and distribute internal communications, announcements, and engagement messaging.
• Facilitate welcoming, culture-aligned onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Coordinate training schedules, materials, and attendance tracking.
• Track engagement participation, feedback, and culture-related metrics.
• Provide non-confidential employee assistance and escalate concerns appropriately.

The Culture & Employee Experience Coordinator enhances CAHN’s workplace culture by supporting engagement programs, recognition initiatives, employee communications, onboarding experience, and morale‑building activities. Key Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement Programs — Coordinate engagement activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and morale‑building events.
• Culture Stewardship — Support culture initiatives that reinforce CAHN CARES values.
• Employee Communications — Draft and distribute internal communications, announcements, and engagement messaging.

• Training Logtics — Coordinate training schedules, materials, and attendance tracking.
