Hungryroot is seeking an Employee Experience Lead to architect the entire employee experience—from culture and engagement to onboarding, internal communications, and events. This hybrid role requires in-office presence ~3 days per week in New York.

You will partner with People leadership to build a connected, energized workplace that supports Hungryroot's growth. You will own onboarding programs, enable scalable lifecycle experiences, and lead company-wide communications and events while

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in employee experience, people operations, internal communications, or a related HR function with increasing scope
• Proven track record designing and scaling programs across culture, engagement, onboarding, and learning & development in fast-paced environments
• Experience partnering with People leadership and senior leaders to translate engagement data into actionable strategies
• Strong internal communications skills with calendars, messaging frameworks, and company-wide announcements across channels (All-hands, Slack)
• Experience designing and delivering learning & development programs, including manager training and onboarding curricula
• Demonstrated success planning and executing company events, offsites, or engagement programs with budget management
• Familiarity with workplace/facilities operations, vendor management, office logistics, and lease administration
• Excellent project management skills handling multiple initiatives and stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good judgment on tone and audience

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of company-wide employee experience initiatives.
• Design and scale programs that reinforce culture and engagement.
• Own onboarding and lifecycle programs from onboarding through development and recognition.
• Partner with People leadership to translate feedback into actionable plans.
• Own internal communications strategy, calendars, and channels.
• Lead company-wide communications including meetings and announcements.
• Oversee onboarding communications and materials, welcome experiences, and new hire programming.
• Oversee events and engagement initiatives, budgets, and program effectiveness.
• Manage workplace experience and facilities, vendor relationships, lease administration, and office operations
