Job summary

Hebrew Public is seeking a Culture Assistant in Philadelphia to support school culture and student care. The role focuses on reinforcing routines, building relationships, and assisting with behavioral data entry for the GameTime program.

You will join a supportive team, working 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with opportunities to contribute to a structured, positive school climate and participate in trainings and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Interest in school climate, special education, teaching, social work, or student support.
• Deep belief in every student’s potential and the power of strong relationships and clear expectations to help them thrive as global citizens.
• Ability to obtain all required clearances.
• Experience supporting students with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model Hebrew Public’s OLAM values: outstanding problem solving, continuous learning, making a difference, and intentional communication.
• Maintain accurate records and protect student confidentiality.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings related to school culture and student support.
• Communicate professionally and collaborate across teams to ensure consistent expectations.
• Work the adjusted 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule to support key school‑day and after‑school responsibilities.
