Job summary

Hebrew Public is hiring a Culture Assistant in Philadelphia to reinforce school climate and student support. You will assist with routines during lunch, recess, transitions, and dismissal, and help create a positive, structured school culture.

You will collect behavioral data for GameTime, support students with higher behavioral needs, and partner with educators to implement interventions. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience and growth within the school community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with children in schools, after‑school programs, camps, childcare, or youth activities preferred.
• Ability to obtain all required clearances.
• Experience supporting students with disabilities preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model OLAM values: outstanding problem solving, continuous learning, making a difference, and intentional communication.
• Maintain accurate records and protect student confidentiality.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings related to school culture and student support.
• Communicate professionally and collaborate across teams to ensure consistent expectations.
• Work the 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule to support key school‑day and after‑school responsibilities.
