Job summary

The PHILADELPHIA SCHOOL DISTRICT is looking for a dedicated individual to assist staff during meals and monitor students’ behavior. This role involves building positive relationships with students and supporting positive behavior in a diverse educational environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be committed to fostering a safe and engaging atmosphere for students during breakfast, lunch, and recreation periods. Experience working with children is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to learn routine school procedures.
• Ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Assists with student behavior during meals and recreation.
• Engages in school-wide Positive Behavior Intervention practices.
• Maintains order during breakfast, lunch, and recess.
