• Implement rigorous curriculum and differentiate content for learners.

• Manage student behavior and enforce classroom guidelines.
• Administer and assess student progress through formal and informal assessments.
• Use data to monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies.
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to improve instruction.
• Engage with parents and community to support student growth.
• Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests, and projects.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and progress records.
• Supervise students during drills and daily routines.
• Participate in meetings and PD to enhance instructional practice.
• Provide direction to paraprofessionals and support staff.
• Monitor attendance at extracurricular activities and events.
• Build constructive relationships with staff and central office.
