Responsibilities

• Plan and submit culturally relevant lesson plans targeting key skills.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom and manage behavior.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Use technology to support and differentiate learning.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and administrators to improve practice.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and records in a timely manner.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives and professional development.
