Qualifications

• Licensed in Texas as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a closely related field.
• Two years of full-time direct clinical work experience in an appropriate treatment field.
• Must successfully complete the provider credentialing process per National Accreditation requirements.
• Experience with electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan and implement treatments for children, adults, and families.
• Prepare and maintain treatment records and reports.
• Input progress notes into electronic health records.
• Provide case management referrals and crisis coordination.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on assessments and treatment plans.
• Participate in QA/QI activities within the Department.
• Conduct crisis intervention and emotional stabilization as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
