Kleinfelder seeks a Cultural Resources Program Project Manager to lead a team in the Central and Mountain Region. The role involves managing multiple cultural resources projects with field work, reporting, and client coordination, requiring a strong track record and leadership.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience, a graduate anthropology/archaeology degree, and the ability to mentor staff while ensuring quality deliverables and safety compliance.

Competenze

• Graduate degree in Anthropology, Archaeology or closely related field required.
• Ten or more years of progressive experience in cultural resources field projects.
• Ability to lead proposal efforts for new work and coordinate client interviews.
• Experience coordinating with Native American Tribes and land agencies.

Mansioni

• Manage cultural resources projects from initiation to closeout.
• Prepare proposals and contracts; peer review internal cultural documents.
• Mentor junior and mid-level staff and coordinate with field crews.
• Uphold Kleinfelder safety standards and review field paperwork.
• Submit high-quality deliverables to clients and stakeholders.
• Occasional travel for fieldwork and client meetings.
