Job summary

Greenleaf Gardens, a Canopy USA, LLC subsidiary, is seeking a Cultivation Technician II to supervise a growing team and ensure high‑quality cannabis production at our Middlefield facility. You will oversee daily tasks, coordinate IPM and feeding schedules, and maintain accurate cultivation records.

You’ll work Tuesday to Saturday 7 am – 3:30 pm, support safety, audit processes, and collaborate with management to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science preferred.
• Knowledge of extraction and refinement methods preferred.
• Ability to follow directions with precision.
• Positive attitude in the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cultivation technicians daily.
• Assign tasks and report progress to management.
• Maintain safety and track compliance.
• Execute IPM plan and maintenance schedules.
• Record environmental metrics and cultivation logs.
• Oversee propagation to meet inventory needs.
• Ensure tools and equipment are ready and maintained.
• Assist with SOPs and company software.
