The Botanist: In Grown Farms LLC 2, part of Canopy USA, is seeking a Cultivation Tech II to lead the cultivation team. You will supervise a crew of cultivation technicians, implement the IPM plan, and ensure safety and quality in daily cannabis production.

You will coordinate with Cultivation Management on pruning, propagation, and inventory needs, while maintaining accurate logs and reports for management review.

Formación

• Experience leading a cultivation team in a regulated environment.
• Ability to enforce safety policies and SOPs.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cultivation team under direction of Cultivation Director/Manager.
• Supervise daily tasks, assign tickets, and report progress to management.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and accurate cultivation records.
• Execute IPM plan and coordinate propagation activities with inventory needs.
• Monitor environmental metrics and ensure timely documentation.
