Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in horticulture, agriculture, biology, chemistry, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in horticulture, botany, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of basic computer and office equipment operations (inventory systems; Word; Excel).
• Math required for inventory, projections, and time-management skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Care for medicine from seed/clone to harvest; monitor environmental factors to maximize production and sanitation.
• Implement daily feeding and care schedule as directed by Cultivation Manager.
• Maintain pruning, repotting, and routine plant care to ensure quality crops.
• Record keeping for reservoirs and equipment; scan inventory into locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe cultivation area and assist in other cultivation tasks as needed.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and adherence to safety and hygiene requirements.
