Job summary

In Grown Farms LLC 2, a Canopy USA subsidiary, is seeking a Cultivation Tech II to lead the cultivation team and ensure high-quality cannabis production. The role emphasizes supervising technicians, executing IPM plans, and maintaining accurate logs and reports for management review.

You will coordinate with Cultivation Management on propagation schedules, inventory requirements, and safety compliance, while supporting continuous improvement and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in horticulture, agriculture, biology, chemistry, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in horticulture, botany, or related field preferred.
• Basic computer & office equipment knowledge (inventory systems, MS Office).
• Strong math skills for inventory, projections, and measurements.
• Ability to read and follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cultivation technicians daily and drive safety and process discipline.
• Lead meetings to assign tasks and communicate progress to management.
• Maintain environmental and cultivation logs (temp, humidity, pH, nutrients).
• Ensure proper usage and storage of tools and equipment; report issues promptly.
• Coordinate propagation, inventory requirements, and waste destruction reporting.
• Identify plant health issues and coordinate corrective actions with management.
