Curaleaf is hiring a Lead Cultivation Associate in Bellmawr, NJ. You will support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest, ensuring top‑quality cannabis and adherence to standards. Daily tasks include plant care, environmental monitoring, and accurate inventory recording.

You will work in a fast‑paced team environment, with cross‑training across cultivation operations. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an emphasis on reliability, attention to detail, and math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable, team‑oriented mindset.
• Solid math and measurement skills; able to use a scale accurately.
• Experience in documentation and inventory tracking is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Care for plants daily: watering, trimming, transplanting, and pruning to keep them healthy.
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for health, pests, and disease; remove non‑conforming plants.
• Assist harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and record inventory in the tracking system.
• Support curing: hang, dry‑rack, label, and weigh products; enter inventory data.
