Job summary

Holistic Industries is seeking a cultivation leader to steer strategy and oversee operations in a Maryland-based facility. You will drive plant health, manage propagation to pre-harvest cycles, and build a high-performing cultivation team.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, deep plant science knowledge, and a track record of mentoring staff within cannabis cultivation. The role includes a robust benefits package and a competitive compensation range.

Maryland pay range

$90,000 - $100,000 USD
