Job summary

Holistic Industries is seeking a Cultivation Manager in Capitol Heights, MD, to lead our cultivation operations and drive plant health across cycles from propagation to pre-harvest. This exempt role focuses on strategic direction and team development within a fast-growing cannabis environment.

You will hire, train, and mentor staff while partnering with leadership to align timelines, inventory, production schedules, and quality standards.
