Holistic Industries in Maryland is seeking a store leadership professional to run one of our cannabis retail locations, delivering a welcoming Liberty experience for every customer and coaching the team to do the same.

Own the P&L and drive sales strategies, including promotions, pricing changes, vendor days, and product updates. We value relationship-building, ethics, and the ability to lead a fast-paced, compliant retail environment.

Maryland pay range

$85,000 - $95,000 USD
