Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Cultivation Manager to lead our Capitol Heights, MD cultivation facility, ensuring optimal plant health across propagation, vegetation, flowering, and pre-harvest stages. This role is exempt and based on-site in Maryland.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, plant science expertise, and the ability to guide a growing team through production cycles, while collaborating on schedules and quality targets.
