Job summary

Holistic Industries in Oxon Hill, MD seeks a General Manager to run one of our cannabis retail stores and bring our Champions of Cannabis vision to life with care and integrity.

You will own the P&L, lead a high-performing, customer-centric team, drive sales through promotions, pricing changes, and vendor days, and ensure every guest receives a welcoming Liberty experience.

Qualifications

• The role requires leadership of a cannabis retail store and P&L ownership.
• Experience in fast-paced, highly regulated retail environments is preferred.
• Strong team leadership, coaching, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Run one cannabis retail store and execute the Champions of Cannabis vision.
• Deliver a friendly, welcoming Liberty experience for every customer and mentor the team.
• Own the P&L and drive business with sales strategies, promotions, pricing, and vendor days.

Deliver a friendly, welcoming, and memorable Liberty experience for every customer and teach, coach, and mentor the team to do the same.

Own the P&L and drive the business with winning sales strategies, including leveraging promotions, pricing, product changes, vendor days, etc.

Attract, retain and develop a high performing customer-centric team that is passionate about cannabis, our products, and our customers.

Always be analyzing the business, product insights, and feedback to find and execute creative and out of the box ideas to enhance store performance.
