Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Cultivation Associate in Johnstown, OH to support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest. You will perform daily care, monitor environmental conditions, and help ensure top‑quality cannabis products while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

You will gain hands‑on experience across plant care, harvesting, curing, and inventory control in a collaborative, team‑driven environment with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule and a 7:00am–3:30pm shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience harvesting in a professional or home setting counts.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Solid math and measurement skills; able to operate a scale.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning.
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain conditions and quality goals.
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and remove non-conforming plants.
• Assist with harvest by cutting, trimming, weighing, and recording inventory.
• Support curing by hanging, drying, labeling, and weighing products; enter inventory data.
• Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems; keep areas clean.
• Pitch in during high-demand periods to help with packaging, including extraction items.
• Follow state regulations and security procedures for labeling and inventory.
