Job summary

Savvyherb is seeking a Cultivation Lead to guide Cultivation Specialists across multiple gardens within our cannabis cultivation facility. This role emphasizes maintaining crop health, quality control, and adherence to SOPs while supporting plant management and on-site operations.

Ideal candidates will have basic horticulture knowledge, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a collaborative, safety-conscious approach. Prior regulated production experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plant structure and horticulture.
• Ability to follow detailed instruction and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willing to learn about facility equipment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to cultivation specialists with tips, tricks and best practices in the garden.
• Support plant management, fertilization, pest monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant growth.
• Help cultivation specialists understand and follow departmental processes.
• Aid training of new hires and onboarding of staff.
• Monitor quality control measures and ensure health and safety of crops; maintain logs and records.
