Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a pesticide applicator in Pennsylvania to measure, mix, and apply pest control treatments while following company policy. The role involves monitoring plant health, maintaining logs, and coordinating with the IPM team.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm. Candidates should have 2 years of production experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and obtain PA pesticide licensing.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, or any satisfactory combination of experience and training.
• Effective time-management, high attention to detail, ability to multi‑task, and work as a self‑starter.
• Ability to obtain and maintain State of Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator License.
• Ability to stand and wear proper protective equipment for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix pesticide and foliar applications and apply these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy.
• Communicate with IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead as well as other department supervisors and leads.
• Ensure plant health by scouting, scoping, and monitoring plant health according to Cresco Labs policy.
• Execute pest/disease treatment schedules as outlined by the IPM Supervisor.
• Assist with data entry and track & trace.
• Fill out all IPM logs and reports as outlined by the IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead.

Core Job Duties

Required Experience, Education, and Skills

• Two years’ experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, or any satisfactory combination of experience and training that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above‑described duties.
• Effective time‑management, high attention to detail, ability to multi‑task, and work as a self‑starter.
• Ability to stand and wear proper protective equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to obtain and maintain State of Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator License, including completion of state‑required documents and exams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Ability to read pesticide labels.
• Basic math comprehension.
• Work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or perform repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Pay Range: $21.50 – $21.50 USD.
