Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent - Integrated Pest Management in Mount Joy, PA. The role involves applying pesticides, monitoring plant health, and coordinating with IPM leadership to execute treatment schedules.

Ideal candidates have two years in production or related fields, strong attention to detail, and the ability to obtain the Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator License. The shift runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm with a pay of $21.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Two years in general production or equivalent experience.
• Effective time-management and high attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and wear PPE for extended periods.
• Ability to obtain Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator License.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to read pesticide labels.
• Work around plant material, possible pollen or dust exposure.
• Capacity to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb to torso level.

Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Core Job Duties

• Measure, mix, and apply pesticide and foliar mixtures per Cresco Labs policy.
• Communicate with IPM Supervisor, IPM Lead, and other department supervisors and leads.
• Scouting, monitoring, and ensuring plant health as outlined in policy.
• Execute pest/disease treatment schedules per IPM Supervisor.
• Assist with data entry and traceability.
• Fill out all IPM logs and reports.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills

• Two years in general production, preferably regulated field production for human consumption, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Effective time‑management, high attention to detail, multitasking, and self‑starter attitude.
• Ability to stand and wear protective equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator License, including required state documents and exams.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Ability to read pesticide labels.
• Work around plant material, possible exposure to pollen or dust.
• Capacity to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb to torso level.

Compensation

$21.50 per hour
