Management & Training Corporation is seeking a cafeteria service worker at the Sierra Nevada Job Corps Center in Reno, NV. You will stock napkin dispensers, plates and condiments, assist in meal service and keep the area clean and organized, with attention to food safety and customer service.

Required: one year related experience and a valid ServSafe (Food Handler) permit; ability to lift up to 25 lbs; duties include replenishing supplies, setting up lines, serving meals, and supporting

• Must possess a valid ServSafe (Food Handler) permit.
• Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Replenish napkin dispensers, plate racks, silverware racks, salt and pepper shakers and condiments.
• Make coffee, tea and other beverages and set up cafeteria lines and serve meals on the line.
• Assist in storage and inventory of supplies; transfer food ingredients from storage area to cooking area.
• Clean food service area, tables and kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Prepare, keep serving counter stocked with vegetables, salads, meat, bread, and desserts as instructed or routinely set forth in an appetizing manner.
• Assist with clean-up and sanitation duties by washing dishes/utensils, store in orderly fashion. Mop, wax and buff cafeteria floors.
• Perform cooking duties as needed. Assist with food preparation and service area daily which includes keeping refrigerators, floors, and food carts clean.
• Promote and support positive customer service through the facility.

Wage - $17.20 per hour

Schedule – Varies, Full Time, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime.
