Job summary

Wild Fork Foods is seeking a customer-focused Team Member to deliver a memorable shopping experience and represent our brand in-store. You will learn to be a personal chef and friendly butcher, building product knowledge to recommend dishes, provide recipes, and assist with online orders for pickup or delivery.

Training classes will prepare you to perform stocking, checkout, and inventory duties with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

High school degree or GED preferred not required.
1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and respond to diverse guests.
Work with integrity as a team toward a shared vision.
Be determined and deliver superior results with urgency, time management, and prioritization.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a cold environment.

Be a Brand Ambassador – enthusiastic and passionate about our quality products.
Educate the consumer on what Wild Fork Foods stands for.
Become a product and culinary expert by giving total effort during training to provide recipes and cooking tips.
Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience with personalized service at every step.
Assist customers during checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
Perform stocking duties (lifting up to 50 lb, rotating products, dusting, and cleaning) and oversee price changes.
