Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking an Analyst to oversee the day-to-day operation of the 2nd-floor Test Kitchen and 12th-floor Beverage Kitchen at 3 Glenlake. You will coordinate maintenance, inventory, scheduling, logistics, and budget tracking to support culinary teams and events.

The role requires 4 years in food service or hospitality, strong coordination and communication skills, and ServSafe certification. You will manage two contract employees and assist with vendor coordination and compliance

Qualifications

• Min/Preferred High School Degree or Technical Certifications
• 4 years food service or hospitality environment
• Strong coordination, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair and maintenance for kitchen equipment to meet Inspire Brands standards.
• Schedule and track preventive maintenance for all test kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory control for deliveries supporting culinary teams.
• Maintain test kitchen schedule and allocate time for product development, photo shoots, and video shoots.
• Serve as primary contact for culinary and event requests; resolve issues and escalate as needed.
• Administer workflow and develop checklists and work-order databases to improve service.
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and organization of dry goods, smallwares, refrigerators and freezers.
• Coordinate cleanouts and quarterly equipment storage organization.
