Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking an operations-focused administrator for the 2nd-floor Test Kitchen and 12th-floor Beverage Kitchen at 3 Glenlake. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance, manage inventory, and support events and product development activities.

You will also handle invoicing and G&A budgeting, supervise contract staff, and ensure safety and sanitation standards across both kitchens.

Qualifications

• 4 years in a food service or hospitality environment.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local business use.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day operation and upkeep of two kitchen spaces.
• Coordinate maintenance, equipment monitoring, and preventive services.
• Manage inventory, shipping/receiving, scheduling, and event support.
• Process invoices and manage assigned G&A budget; monitor expenditures.
• Supervise two contract employees and ensure service delivery.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met.
