As a Fast Casual Server, you will:

• Portion, prepare, cook, and present food according to ChopShop recipes and standards.
• Arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to work as part of a team.
• Work efficiently through prep and food preparation tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, following all food safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, genuine interest in service, and desire to improve.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift at least 25 lbs.
