Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled supervisor for our restaurant/venue operations in Colorado Springs. The role involves supervising, coaching, and training department staff to ensure service meets operational standards.

You will direct employees on shift, handle opening/closing duties, and step in for F&B Manager when needed, all while maintaining a customer-first approach and resolving guest requests promptly.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Minimum of two years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches department staff.
• Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards.
• Oversee food and beverage operations in absence of the F&B Manager.
• Performs department opening and/or closing duties.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times.
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
