Dollywood Parks & Resorts is seeking a Culinary Team Lead for our Dollywood theme park. The role focuses on guaranteeing high-quality food, supervising staff, and managing safety, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and guest satisfaction.

The candidate will oversee inventory, portion control, and cost analysis while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in a fast-paced park environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of Food Service experience.
• Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and a working knowledge of Excel.
• Offers of employment contingent upon onboarding background screening and pre-employment drug screening.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll/time keeping software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as quality assurance inspector to ensure high quality food.
• Enforces food handling standards and portion control.
• Completes daily Safety Critical Checklists.
• Maintains compliance with health department and department policies.
• Leads inventory control, FIFO rotation, portion control and waste management.
• Analyzes cost of sales and budgets for food cost and labor.
