Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Professional culinary education or experience in fast-paced, high-volume dining or catering; casual dining acceptable.
• Ability to interact with co-workers.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials, and services.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and inventory.
• Basic knowledge of food/beverage prep, service standards, guest relations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Lift and transport up to 30 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.
• Available for all venue events including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Mobility for extended production tasks (reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, pulling).
• 2–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end club or restaurant.

• Set up and prepare all food items, perform opening and closing duties, and replenish and rotate stock as directed.
• Set up non-food items for the shift, maintain high-level sanitation awareness, and work in a professional, safe, and efficient manner.
• Produce menu items in a timely manner and in accordance with company standards.
• Follow directions precisely and consistently; maintain work area and proper food storage; perform opening and closing duties.
• Adhere to company guidelines and house rules, always exceeding guest expectations.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the arena.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

THE ROLE

Oversees kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation, presentation, and service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Supervises culinary staff, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and ensures compliance with company recipes and service expectations. Collaborates with management and service teams to support smooth event execution and an exceptional guest dining experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Set up and prepare all food items, perform opening and closing duties, and replenish and rotate stock as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Professional culinary education or experience in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining restaurant or catering facility; full-service casual dining preferred.
• Ability to interact with co-workers.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials, and services offered.
• Ability to assure compliance with company service standards and inventory.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end club or restaurant.

COMPENSATION

Hourly Rate of $32-$36, commensurate with experience.
