Job description

Role Overview

Oversees premium dining and hospitality areas to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Leads and supports service teams across suites, clubs, and in‑seat operations, maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and efficiency. Collaborates with culinary and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution, prompt service, and a welcoming environment for all guests.

Essential Functions

• Input daily event sheets and reports.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff.
• Work closely with the customer service department to improve customer service in all assigned areas.
• Complete inventory at assigned locations and input in Yellow Dog inventory program.
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
• Interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials, and services offered.
• Know the layout of the bars, suites, in‑seat and restaurant area where you are working.
• Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that exceeds expectations.
• Assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Work as a team with associates and other service departments within arena.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training.
• Follow and encourage team to follow all safety policies, including reporting unsafe conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• At least 2 years experience and basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Read, speak, and write English.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Open to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Mobility sufficient for production tasks: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, pulling for extended periods.
• Two to three years supervisory experience in a fast‑paced bar, high‑end club, or restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Compensation

Hourly Rate of $22–$26, commensurate with experience.

Working Conditions

Location: On site – Yankee Stadium, Bronx, NY.
