Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to lead our kitchen and uphold the island-inspired dining experience. You will manage food service operations, guide a team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced setting, and ensure meals meet the highest quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a background in food and beverage, and the ability to train staff while controlling inventory and costs.

Formación

• 3 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Six months to one year in a supervisory position.
• Some wine and fine foods knowledge helpful.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high quality meals.
• Supervise culinary staff and coordinate activities.
• Manage inventory and food costs.
• Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.
• Train and mentor culinary team.
