Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, part of the PCH Hotels & Resorts portfolio, is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to lead our culinary department on Alabama's Gulf Coast.

You will train staff, ensure quality and safety, and manage daily kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising kitchen staff and maintaining safety standards.
• Ability to train staff and enforce quality across all stations.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, storage, labeling, and HACCP basics.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise kitchen staff in recipes and safety.
• Inspect products for quality before service.
• Ensure timely service and proper production flow.
• Monitor compliance with health department regulations.
• Conduct daily taste panels.
