Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Culinary Supervisor for Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, CA. The role leads a team of culinary professionals, supports Chefs, and ensures high standards of food quality, safety, and service across concessions, suites, catering, clubs, and the main kitchen.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a busy kitchen with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong knife and cooking skills, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive kitchen experience in a high-volume environment.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead cook capacity preferred.
• Must complete Food Safe Handling Certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide team members to complete all steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure recipes are followed and food safety/sanitation practices are met.
• Enforce high quality standards in preparation and service of all items.
• Lead the team with urgency and provide friendly, efficient service.
