Woodlands Market seeks a Head of Culinary to lead our deli, off-site kitchen, bakery, and coffee bar operations in Northern California. You will shape a destination food experience, champion sustainability, and own the culinary program with a focus on profitability and quality.

You will report to the Chief Merchandising Officer and guide menus, sourcing, and team development. Lead a fast-moving pipeline, build partnerships with local suppliers, and ensure compliance with health and safety

Competenze

7+ years in leadership roles within food service or culinary operations.
Degree in Culinary Arts or Business or equivalent experience.
Experience managing multi-department operations with P&L accountability.
Knowledge of HACCP or food safety standards is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed to oversee operations.
