Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Culinary/Steward Supervisor to oversee stewards, utility and contract service workers. You’ll ensure sanitation, manage inventory of china, glass and silver, and contribute to appealing food and beverage displays.

Responsibilities include coordinating dishwashing and storeroom tasks, maintaining safety and quality, and enforcing club policies while supporting a high-volume kitchen operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to maintain product inventory and uphold quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload and ensure team efficiency.
• Coordinate non-cooking kitchen and storeroom staff.
• Inventory control of china, glass, silver and equipment.
• Inspect kitchens and storerooms for cleanliness and order.
• Ensure safety and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and proper dishwashing temperatures.
