Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking a Kitchen/Steward Supervisor to oversee stewards, utility staff, and contract workers, ensuring sanitation and proper storage of china, glass, and silver. They will monitor and implement proper cleaning and sanitation practices in all kitchens and be involved with the creative enhancement of all food and beverage displays.

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment is required.
• Ability to maintain product inventory and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stewards, utility and contract service workers.
• Monitor cleaning and sanitation practices in all kitchens.
• Control storage and inventory of china, glass and silver.
• Coordinate dishwashing, silver cleaning and storeroom work.
• Maintain safety and report unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Inspect kitchens and storerooms for cleanliness and order.
• Set up buffets and assist with food/display presentations.
