Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking reliable Dishwashers/Stewards to maintain kitchen work areas, dishwashing, and restaurant equipment in clean, orderly condition. Responsibilities include washing dishes, operating three‑compartment sinks, breaking down boxes, sweeping floors, and keeping equipment storage and loading areas orderly.

Ideal candidates have prior stewarding experience in a high‑end resort or club and can uphold quality standards in a high‑volume kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous stewarding experience within a high-end resort, hotel, or club, preferred
• Experience working within high-volume kitchen
• Must have the ability to uphold quality standards

Responsibilities

• Polish silver items, follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Maintains all equipment storage areas, dish areas, and loading dock.
• Wash dishes, pot washer, cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Polishes all silver items by hand and by using the burnishing machine.
• Removes trash from kitchen.
• Breakdown cardboard boxes.
• Set up three compartment sinks, meeting all sanitation standards.
• Report dishwasher problems to your supervisor on duty.
• Be aware of proper dishwasher temperatures.
