Woodfield Country Club Boca Raton is seeking a Culinary Supervisor responsible for all food production in designated outlets who will ensure that all food items are prepared according to the club’s recipes and standards. Ensure that quality and cost standards are consistently attained.

The supervisor maintains a well organized kitchen with high standards of sanitation and acts as a supervisor in all food and beverage outlets to the kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Prepares and directly supervises kitchen staff responsible for the daily preparation of all food items.
• Checks mise en place before service time and inspects presentation of food items to ensure that quality standards are met.
• Coordinates food service involving communication between kitchen and service staff. Attends all shift meetings.
• Personally works in any station as assigned by the Executive Chef.
