Qualifications

• 1 year of dishwashing/stewarding experience preferred.

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all dishroom areas and kitchen aisles.
• Stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Break down trays, operate dish machine, wash dishware, and store clean china.
• Empty trashcans and wash interior/exterior.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down dish machine and clean both inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables and tile walls/baseboards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
