Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated dishwashing/stewarding team member for our Las Vegas property. You will help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and ensure all dishes, glassware and utensils are spotless and ready for service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

We value reliability, physical stamina, and a team mindset as you support banquets and dining operations. Previous dishwashing experience is preferred; training is provided to help you shine in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing/stewarding experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Wash dishware and sort/store all clean china, glass and silver.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.

The AC Element Symphony Park is looking for our next great team members to join us on our Culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

• Clean all breakdown tables.
• Clean tile walls and baseboards.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
