Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all dishroom areas and kitchen aisles.
• Stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Break down trays, operate dish machine, wash dishware, and store clean china.
• Empty trashcans and wash interior/exterior.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down dish machine and clean both inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables and tile walls/baseboards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The AC Element Symphony Park is looking for our next great team members to join us on our Culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
