Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety in all kitchen areas.
• Prepare and cook patient meals according to prescribed therapeutic diets.
• Prepare food for retail outlets, catered events, and Meals on Wheels programs as applicable.
• Maintain food temperature logs in compliance with HACCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate cash register as assigned, with accurate handling.
