Job summary

Forefront seeks a Supervisor Culinary Services to lead a food operation. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Manager in the Culinary Services Department and coordinates team activities, performs cooking duties, and ensures quality displays and customer service.

You will operate cash handling systems, maintain sanitation, follow safety protocols, attend meetings, and complete required training and certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of team members engaged in food operations or services.
• Perform cooking duties.
• Arrange attractive food and food-related displays.
• Provide excellent customer service with positive greetings and active listening.
• Operate ordering systems and manage cash handling with security.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, cafeteria, workstations, and equipment.
• Follow dress code and maintain attendance.
