Job summary

Forefront is dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary and support services in a healthcare setting. As Supervisor Culinary Services, you will coordinate team activities, perform cooking duties, arrange food displays, and ensure excellent customer service while handling cash and using POS systems.

You will work under the Manager in Culinary Services, with hours including days, evenings, some weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail experience: 1 year (Required).
• Cooking: 1 year (Required).
• Kitchen Management: 1 year (Required).
• ServSafe certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a working supervisor coordinating activities of team members engaged in food operations or services.
• Establishes operating standards, implements quality improvements, and communicates those standards and expectations to the team.
• Assists in locating, reconciling, and verifying the accuracy of transactions. Operates equipment with peripheral electronic data processing, when needed.
• Performs cooking duties and maintains clean, sanitized kitchen and dining areas.
