Job summary

Wise Path Recovery Centers is seeking a hands-on Culinary Services Operations Manager to lead food and dining operations for Camp Baer and Westover/Morgantown facilities in Morgantown, WV. This role launches the culinary program at Camp Baer and ensures consistent, high-quality service across sites.

You will build a strong team, manage costs, maintain food-safety standards, and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to deliver a restorative dining experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing a full-service dining facility.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Experience upholding food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee startup and ongoing operations of Camp Baer and Westover/Morgantown dining facilities.
• Lead kitchen and dining team, establish standards, staffing, and performance expectations.
• Plan and rotate menus; coordinate with dietitians and clinical teams as needed.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships to control costs.
• Ensure safe food handling, sanitation, documentation, and inspections.
